Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear written statement to:

You may use the following model withdrawal form (not obligatory):
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [product name], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name: Address: Date: _"
Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
You shall return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to specification. If your Stage Shield covers are manufactured to order or customised, please state this explicitly here.
